Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you based and what areas do you service?
We're based in Bundamba QLD and service Ipswich, Brisbane and the Redlands. Our training is mobile meaning we come to you. Whether it is at home or at a local park, we want to ensure your dog is comfortable, while we work on their challenges.
How much does it cost?
Training isn't one size fits all, training is tailored to suit you and your dog. During your phone consult we will talk through what is going on, what support will help most, and outline clear pricing once we know what is best for you both.
What training methods do you use?
We use a balanced training approach, combining rewards, structure, clear expectations and accountability. Every dog is different so our approach is tailored to your dog's temperament and goal, with a strong focus on clear communication and fair boundaries.
How long will it take to train my dog?
Everyday dog is different, and it will be dependant on your dog's personality, behavioural issues, history, etc. Most importantly, it will heavily depend on how consistent you are with training at home between sessions. Some dogs may take more time than others to see lasting results, however majority of our clients see considerable improvements after the first or second session.
Do you work with aggression and reactivity?
Absolutely! This is our speciality that we have spent years honing. These behaviours often stem from fear or lack of boundaries. We work with you and your dog to build confidence and teach how to better cope and respond to challenging situations.
Is my dog too old for training?
Absolutely not! While puppies are usually more impressionable, dogs of all ages can learn! Our old boy Jed was 10 when we had to say goodbye but he never stopped learning.
I've tried it all before! - What makes you different?
You’re not alone. Most of our clients come to us after trying classes, trainers, or advice that didn’t stick. We take the time to understand your dog, your situation, and what’s actually happening day to day. Training is practical, structured, and tailored to real life, not a one-size-fits-all program.
I don't have enough time for training!
You don’t need hours a day to see change. We focus on simple, realistic training that fits into your normal routine, not long sessions or homework that feels overwhelming.
